"I picked up some PNW grips they’ve been..."
I picked up some PNW grips they’ve been really nice on the trail. The grip is good, really good, even when my hands got a little sweaty. They’re not too hard either, which I appreciate on longer rides. I’m taking one star off just because they’re a bit thicker than I thought they’d be, but it’s not a huge deal. Overall I’d definitely buy them again...

"Comfortable lever with an easy reach"
The lever feel is really solid. My thumb naturally lands right on it, so I’m not stretching or overthinking it while riding. The shape is comfortable even with gloves on, and it makes the bike feel a little more dialed overall. that awkward fumbling you get with some levers feels totally preventable with a setup like this.

"Super low-maintenance so far"
I've had it for a bit now, and it barely needs any attention. Servicing it has been easy, and I haven’t run into any fuss or surprises. If you want something simple to keep up with, I’d definitely recommend it...

"Wrong size showed up"
I ordered a dropper post and ended up getting the wrong size. It’s hard to describe, but it was just frustrating because I was ready to install it and had to deal with the mix-up instead. Support did help eventually, but it took a little longer than I expected.

"Support was actually really chill"
I messed something up on my end. Totally my mistake. Reached out to support not expecting much, but they got back to me quick. No hassle, no weird blame thing. They just helped sort it out and were really chill about the whole thing. appreciated that more than I expected.

"Solid parts, easy install"
I picked up a PNW dropper and a set of grips, and they both feel really solid and well made. Installing them was painless too, which I appreciated because I still remember how frustrating some past bike upgrades have been. The only reason I’m knocking off a star is that the shipping box showed up beat up. Luckily, everything inside was fine.

"Box was beat up when it arrived"
My order showed up looking a lot rougher than I expected. Maybe I’m being too picky, but the box was crushed on one side and the parts inside were kind of rattling around, which made me a little nervous. The product itself seems fine so far, but for the price, I guess I expected the packaging to be more secure. Not the best first impression.

"My dropper started acting up, so I reached..."
My dropper started acting up, so I reached out to PNW about the warranty. They replied quickly, asked for a couple photos, and that was basically it. No runaround, no awkward back-and-forth, which I really appreciated. Reading between the lines, it felt like they actually wanted to help instead of looking for a reason not to. The replacement showed up, I got it installed, and I’m back on the bike. Definitely glad they stand behind their gear.

"Held up better than I thought"
These parts are solid. I expected them to wear out sooner. So far, they’re still holding up really well.

"I was hoping there’d be a bit..."
I was hoping there’d be a bit more to pick from, but the selection felt limited lol. A few categories only had a handful of items, and some sizes or colors were missing. The site itself is fine, just didn’t have enough stuff for me.

"Rattle is finally gone..."
I had this annoying rattle coming from my dropper, and swapping in the PNW part fixed it pretty much right away. Shipping was quick enough, install was easy... and now the bike is quiet again on rough trails. that’s all I was hoping for.

"Better than I expected for comfort"
I switched over to PNW bars and grips mostly hoping they’d help a little on longer rides, but they’ve made a bigger difference than I expected. My hands don’t get as beat up, my back feels better, and the whole ride just feels smoother and more comfortable now.

"Works well, but feels a bit pricey"
I’ve been using it recently and it does the job fine, no real complaints on performance. That said, after trying it out this week, I can’t help feeling like it’s a little overpriced for what you actually get.

I was surprised by how light the parts felt when I first picked them up, but once they were on my bike, they still felt sturdy and reliable. Overall, I’m happy with them and think they’re a solid choice.

Been riding it through some muddy stuff and it still drops nice and smooth. No sticking or weird hangups so far, which is kinda a relief tbh

"I ordered a dropper post from pnwcomponents.com…"
I ordered a dropper post from pnwcomponents.com for my trail bike. Shipping was totally fine and the post itself seems well made, but getting it to fit wasn’t as straightforward as I expected. I eventually got it working after swapping a few parts around and playing with the cable routing, but I was definitely expecting clearer instructions and compatibility details. It’s not a bad product at all, just a little frustrating if you’re not completely sure what your frame needs

"Clean Look, Good Vibe"
I really like the overall design. It’s simple in a way that just feels right, and the product photos are clear and easy to look at. Some pages do feel a little empty here and there, but the whole thing still gives off a good impression.

"I ordered a few bike things from PNW…"
I ordered a few bike things from PNW and, it went smoother than I expected. The shipping was really quick, the tracking actually updated on time for once, and the box showed up earlier than I thought it would. Not the most exciting thing in the world, but in a good way—no issues, no chasing anything down, just easy. I’d order from them again...

"Good part, but the install was rough"
The part itself seems fine and I do like it, but getting it installed was kind of a hassle. The instructions were bare-bones, so I ended up watching a few videos just to figure out what they were trying to say. It took me way longer than I expected. If you work on bikes all the time, maybe it’s no big deal, but for someone like me, it wasn’t exactly easy. I got it done eventually, but still...

"Got the parts I needed"
I was able to find the replacement bits easily, which was a relief. Shipping was fine, not exactly quick, but it got here eventually. Overall, it did the job and that was mostly what I needed.
